Stitching from the back of the fabric, they accurately create vivid patterns such as sun-ray motifs and octagonal flowers on the front, with every needle and thread carrying their reverence for nature. This craft, passed down heart and hands without the need for sketches, dates all the way back to China’s Qin and Han dynasties. It is truly wearable millennia of wisdom.
