In Wenshan’s Yanshan County, the Nongzhixing Cooperative is using factory-style seedling cultivation technology to improve chili pepper production efficiency.The cooperative employs fully automated seedling equipment, cultivating pepper seedlings in greenhouse facilities with intelligent temperature-control systems. This approach has increased seedling survival rates by nearly 40%. At present, the cooperative can produce 300 million healthy seedlings annually, meeting the planting needs of 32,940 acres of farmland. It has helped 18,800 growers increase their income, while also providing seasonal job opportunities for nearby villagers.
