The “Kunming Dry Port” China–Laos–Thailand–Malaysia · Anning–Perlis–Kuala Lumpur International Multimodal Transport Train will depart for the first time from Anning, Kunming, Yunnan on November 28, heading to Perlis, Malaysia.This train is loaded with agricultural products such as sunflower seeds and will travel through Laos and Thailand, finally reaching Perlis in Malaysia.The route is connected to the central line of the Pan-Asia Railway, and in the future, it can extend through the regional rail network to Singapore and the east coast of the Malay Peninsula, further expanding the logistics corridor between China and Southeast Asia.
