Ai Ye is the ninth generation inheritor of the papermaking tradition of the Dai family. She founded a company in June 2014 to vigorously develop the handmade white cotton paper industry, recruit papermakers as company employees, and help the people increase their income and become rich. This industry has also boosted the village's tourism industry.
