Walking into Mangtuan Village, Mengding Town, Dai paper with a history of more than 600 years is drying in the new Dai buildings. This is the "First Papermaking Village of the Dai People in China". It is made from the bark of the mulberry tree and refined through 11 processes. It is one of the most primitive papermaking techniques currently available in China. Through innovative design, the finished paper is made into 23 cultural and creative products in ten categories, including table lamps, notebooks, and handbags.
