Mengla County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province has more than 2.3 million mu of rubber forests, accounting for 13% of China's planting area and 23% of China's natural rubber production. The development of the rubber industry has gradually enriched the lives of local residents. In the past year since the rubber forest project was launched, Mengla County has driven about 200,000 farmers to find jobs at their doorsteps, with an average annual income of 24,000 yuan per person.
