On November 12, the 2024 China-Vietnam Border Reading Sharing and Exchange Conference was held in Maguan County, where representatives from both China and Vietnam, local students and the public enjoyed a reading event. On the same day, the Guomen Bookstore in Maoping Community, Maguan County, was officially opened. This bookstore will become an important place for the Chinese and Vietnamese people to read various books, using reading as a bridge to connect the deep friendship between the Chinese and Vietnamese people.
