At 16:00 on the afternoon of September 24, China's first cross-border tourist train, the "Starlight Lanmei", departed from Kunming Station for Laos. The train departed from Kunming, Yunnan, passed through the world's "natural and cultural" dual heritage city of Luang Prabang, and arrived in Vientiane, the capital of Laos. On the train, there are rooms of different sizes, equipped with retractable sofa beds, toilets, rest tables and chairs, dressing tables, etc., allowing tourists to enjoy the beautiful mountains and rivers, diverse cultures and ethnic customs along the way in a relaxed and comfortable manner.
